Time for the exciting stuff…

I am not a professional.  At least not at anything that is presented on this site.  The posts on this site contain home improvement methods which I have tried – some with success and others with failure.  I cannot be held responsible for the outcome of your attempts at similar projects.   Please exercise caution when embarking on any home improvement project.

All of the photos on this site that are not credited to another source were taken by me (or my husband) and are rights protected.  Failure to link back and credit my site as their source constitutes a copyright violation.  Any photos on this site that were not taken by me are credited and linked to their source and are believed to be in the public domain and readily available on the Internet (according to the U.S. Copyright Fair Use Act, title 17, U.S. Code).

I would love for you to share my projects, but please be sure to credit me and link back to the original post on this site.  Sharing full posts, duplicating any text (please just paraphrase – doing otherwise hurts us both), or copying more than two images or implying my content is your own is prohibited.  Please contact me for express permission if you would like to share a larger portion of my content.  Failure to do so is considered a violation of my copyrights and intellectual property.

Deranchification is a for-profit blog and accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions, or other forms of compensation.  Paid or sponsored content is clearly marked, as are any affiliate links.  Although I may be compensated to provide opinions on products, services, websites, or various other topics, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products.  The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own.  Any product claim, statistic, quote, or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or party in question.

All comments are manually approved, so they may not be visible immediately. Occasionally, the spam filter intercepts a non-spam comment. And that’s just annoying.

Ok, enough with the disclaimers.  My head hurts now…  Go ahead, and take a look around.  Stay awhile.
