The punch-list we have taken on at our house over the last 10 years…

Outside – replaced roof, added lanterns outside of garage, replaced mailbox/post, landscaped, added new front walkway, add lighting on front walkway, added deck, replaced screens and plexiglass on porch with windows, repainted house woodwork, added garage doors, upgraded extra carport, replaced front doors, added storm doors, and added a pergola over the garage doors.

Inside –  added hardwood floors to front half of the house, updated kitchen appliances, painted kitchen cabinets and updated hardware, replaced old formica kitchen countertops with granite tile, added beadboard backsplash in kitchen, painted lots of rooms (some more than once), remodeled master bathroom, painted cabinets in guest bathroom, changed out all the doorknobs and hinges, replaced thermostat, replaced hot water heater, replaced air conditioner, painted fireplace, added crown moulding throughout, added board and batten in the entryway, and added built-in bookshelves in our family room.
